Yoga Nidra is the tantric practice of divine sleep, a profoundly relaxing way to ease the mind into a state of restful awareness. The practice of Yoga Nidra will provide a quiet refuge from everyday stressors and promote balance in the mind and emotions. 

  1. Body Scan (11:53) - A systematic journey through the body to promote awareness and relaxation, can be used as a standalone practice. 
  2. Short Yoga Nidra (19.10) - A simple yoga nidra meditation that relaxes the mind and body.
  3. Long Yoga Nidra (35:44)- An exploration of the five levels of being (the koshas): the physical body, the breath and energy, the mind and emotions, the intuition, and the eternal self
