Recommended Yoga Props for Home Practice

Practicing yoga at home doesn't have to be expensive but you will be most safe and comfortable if you have the following equipment. Either gather the following props or watch the video below about some common household items you can use instead. 
  • Please also wear comfortable clothing
  • Remove your shoes and socks if you are practicing a standing yoga class
Collect these Props (or household items)
You will also need to provide your own yoga props, links for an inexpensive online retailer are listed below. You can also find most of these props on Amazon, at Target, and other local sports retailers for $40-50 for the kit.

(1/4 inch, be sure it is not a thick Pilates Mat as they are hard to stand on)
