I am often asked by yoga teachers and yoga teacher training programs if they may use the information on this site for their own purposes. While I am happy to make the information on my site available to students and other teachers who are interested in learning more about yoga, please understand that all sequences, photographs, articles, blog postings, and yoga instruction are copyrighted and are my intellectual property. I have spent over a decade writing, photographing, compiling, and updating www.YogaCheryl.com and the Yoga Encyclopedia App. Unfortunately, I have to publish these restrictions, but in this digital age, others have " borrowed " much of my work for their profit without my consent.

• If you teach a sequence you found here, please give credit where credit is due. 
• DO NOT print handouts from my site for your classes or workshops. I teach much of this material for teacher training across the country, ​please inquire if you would like to hire me to teach a module in your teacher training.
• YOU MAY NOT use my site or Yoga Encyclopedia App's written information or photographs for any purpose without my consent. Sometimes, a limited-use contract may need to be drawn up, and fees will apply.
• All of my Yoga Nidra scripts are copyrighted and may only be used in live class scenarios. YOU MAY NOT record yourself teaching them for any purpose.
