​During that short time you are guided toward accessing your witness consciousness, the non-judgmental voice that frees your mind from all that negative self-talk. ​

Yoga Nidra for the Doshas
June 5, 12, 26 (no class June 19)
In Ayurveda and yoga, the doshas describe the three constitutional types that govern physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, each reflects a unique combination of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether). While most people have one dominant dosha, think of them as a cycle that we can move through depending on what is occuring in our lives and health. Understanding your dosha cycle is key to understanding yourself and customizing your self-care practices to create balance.

Each week we will explore a different dosha with mudra, breath, and guided meditation. Registrants will also receive resources for deeper personal study, including a suggested Dosic Type Quiz.
