Two Classes a Week

Enjoy weekly classes with your membership. RSVP for the dates you wish to attend in order to receive the Zoom links. You will also be emailed a link to a recording of the class that can be viewed for 7 days after class airs. Choose from Gentle, Adaptive, Restorative, Beyond the Basics and Yoga Nidra. 
*Be sure to use your classes within 30 days of your membership, classes are not banakble or transferable
