Pain Relief Self-Care Retreat
Treat yourself local day-long retreat where you will learn simple and effective techniques for pain relief - all in a peaceful wooded setting. We will start the morning with gentle asana to release tight muscles, then a session of conscious breathing and mudras to create space in the body. After a warming vegetarian lunch we will continue our self-care practices with tennis ball acupressure therapy, a bit of Reiki energy healing, and a yoga nidra session. You will leave with new tools to keep your pain at bay.
