Head & Neck
Gentle movements of the head and neck help to prevent tension caused by holding the phone with one ear or sitting at the computer for long periods of time.

Lift left ear toward ceiling, keep chin drawn slightly inwards. You may also use left hand to hold seat of chair and/or reach right middle finger into right ear and pull upwards on ear to deepen the stretch. Hold for 10 breaths.
