- Make a fist and extend thumb up, keeping gentle
pressure of fingernails against palm
- Rest hands on thighs palms down
- Benefits - Activates prana in the pelvis and low back
- Practice Tips - Use when feeling depressed, or have digestive issues (both constipation and diarreha)
