​This class is available by invitation only and requires pre-registration for each class that you plan to attend, space is limited to 7 students.

​Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, shoes will need to be removed to practice. You will also need to provide your own yoga props, links for an inexpensive online retailer are listed below. You can also find most of these props on Amazon, at Target, and other local sports retailers:
