CHAIR YOGA - HANDS & WRISTS:
Periodically moving the hands and wrists will help relieve pain and stiffness caused by using a
mouse.
WRIST FIGURE-EIGHTS
- Clasp hands with palms together and fingers
interlaced
- Extend the arms in front of the torso, knuckles
pointing towards knees
- Make figure-eight motions with the hands
- Repeat both directions 10 times each

WRIST FLEXION & EXTENSION
- Extension: Hold left arm in front of torso with palm
facing away from the body
- Use right hand to gently pull back on palm,
stretching underside of wrist
- Hold 3 breaths each side
- Flexion: Hold left arm in front of torso with palm
facing towards the body
- Use right hand to gently pull back on palm,
stretching underside of wrist

CARPAL TUNNEL STRETCH
- Place right hand on left shoulder
- Place left arm behind back
- Exhale, drop chin to right shoulder
- Inhale, raise chin up diagonally and to the left
- Repeat 10 times, both sides
